By eliminating the multiple conversion layers accumulated over 90 years of changing use, we optimised the usable area in this former printworks facility by almost 20%. Its original industrial character was restored using the most economical resources. With sustainability greatly improved and increased room height, light and air, we created a newsroom for the digital era with contemporary open office space.
