This is a sculpture demanding to be treated as an architectural element. Loads and forces had to be integrated into the building structure, placement had to be determined by architectural spatial decisions, and its functionality contributed a third alternative to the conventional stairs or lift options. It outsmarts architecture in its ability to entertain young and old, whether fearless users or delighted observers.
